Before making your efforts to recover a deleted telegram account, it’s important to know that deleting a telegram account is irreversible. This means after deleting the account, you can’t recover it. All you can do is create a new account with the same mobile no or e-mail I’d as there is no limitation for that.
A telegram is an online tool so there’s nothing to download. It doesn’t provide any backup for chats, videos, pictures, etc. It is famous because of its encryption and data privacy, so telegram doesn’t leave any chance to store messages, pictures on any other platform.
However, you can pre-transfer your chats to the telegram cloud if you would like to hold on to some of the chats. If you deleted your account, there is no way you can recover your deleted telegram account. You can opt for a new account and you can use the same mobile no or email id.
You can recover chats of a group whose member you are only if the admin hasn't opted for a self-destruct timer. Self-destruction in telegram means if you stop using Telegram and don't come online for at least six months, your account will be deleted along with all messages, media, contacts and every other piece of data you store in the Telegram cloud. You can also select the time period in settings after which your inactive account will self-destruct.
Other login issues
You can face some of the telegram login issues if your phone no doesn’t match with the registered number as the phone number is the only way for a telegram to identify it’s users. Telegram doesn’t collect much information, so whoever has the number, has the account. That’s why many users face login problems while using telegram because they couldn’t successfully complete the two-step verification process.
Apart from this nothing much can be fixed, telegram account once deleted permanently can’t be restored or recovered.
